Renee Hlasnik, DVM

Veterinarian

Renee moved with her family to Sherwood Oregon in 2000. She grew up volunteering at Cat Adoption Team in Sherwood, which lead her family to “foster fail” on several occasions and accumulate a total of eight cats and two dogs. With so many pets, she became very familiar with the staff at Crossroads Veterinary Hospital over the years. She received her undergraduate degree in Animal Science from Oregon State University in 2007, then took two years off to work in the veterinary hospital at Cat Adoption Team.

She attended OSU’s College of Veterinary Medicine and received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in 2017. Her special interests in veterinary medicine include preventative health and feline medicine. She currently resides in Sherwood on her family’s Filbert orchard with her two dogs and three cats. She is an enthusiastic Portland Thorns supporter and enjoys attending games in her free time.
